MicroCalc is a calculator for standard calculations and incorporates an impressive list of features. The Micro Footprint mode ‘shrinks’ the calculator down to the size of a title bar so it won’t obstruct the view of other applications that you are working on. It also has the ability to stay on top of other applications that you are working with so you can view your calculations. The Paper Tape Footprint displays all of your calculations on a ‘Paper Tape’ so you can verify your work. While in Paper Tape mode, you can change the numbers on the paper tape and click the Recalculate button to recalculate the contents of the paper tape for ‘what if scenarios’. You can type comments or labels for each line on the paper tape, just type and MicroCalc knows where to put the information you type. You can save your work to a file and work with it in the future. You can use and create Templates and plug in the relevant numbers for any kind of calculation such as converting measurements, finding the area of a shape and any daily, weekly or monthly calculations that you normally do.
