Moreover, two recovery modes: Single file recovery mode and Multi file recovery mode are there to perform Excel recovery as per the user’s requirement. Single file recovery mode performs recovery from a single file at a time whereas with multi file recovery mode, data from many corrupt Excel files data can be recovered at once. Kernel for Excel supports recovery from Excel file that are created using MS Excel 2003, MS Excel XP, MS Excel 2000 and MS Excel 97. For getting familiar with the features and functions of xls recovery software, free demo version can be downloaded. The free demo version enables the user to view recovered items but does not allow saving them. To save recovered items, purchase of full version is required.
